The CT/Diagnostic Technologist produces radiographs of designated anatomical areas as order/directed, according to established practices and procedures on all patient populations (infant through geriatric). The CT/Diagnostic Technologist will exhibit superior levels of customer service. The CT/Diagnostic technologist effectively operates equipment to produce quality images in a variety of settings (Radiology Department, Operating Room, and the Emergency Department. The technologist explains procedures to the patient, demonstrates and uses appropriate protocols and obtains optimum images of specified anatomy. The technologist demonstrates effective radiation safety practices and assists the Radiologist, when necessary. The technologist interacts with numerous computer programs and systems on a daily basis.
Schedule: Full Time, Night Shift, Sunday-Thursday nights. 9:30 pm‑6:00 am.
