Job summary

Carbon Health in Marlboro Township, NJ is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (XRT) to perform diagnostic imaging procedures and support the clinical team in a fast-paced, patient-centered clinic.

The role requires a CRT certificate, ARRT-equivalent licensure, CPR-BLS, an associate degree, and 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience. You will help maintain safety, prepare images for reading, and participate in cross-functional meetings.

Qualifications

• Has leadership experience in healthcare settings and can coordinate team tasks.
• Education aligns with ARRT/CRT requirements and CPR-BLS credentials.
• Licensure/Certifications required per radiologic practice standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for imaging and explain procedures to reduce anxiety.
• Apply radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Prepare images for radiologist review and interpretation.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties to optimize patient flow.
• Attend staff and departmental meetings to stay aligned with workflows.
• Complete training to obtain DOT certification for urine drug screens and breath tests.
• Suggest improvements to imaging processes and workflows.
• Work autonomously within established procedures.
