VCU Health in Richmond, VA is seeking a Radiology Diagnostic Technologist I/II/III to perform and supervise diagnostic radiography procedures. Shift: 11:00PM–11:30AM with two weekend days and one weekday, totaling 36 hours. A $20,000 sign-on bonus applies for offers accepted by 31 October 2026.

ARRT and BLS certification are required with 6‑month orientation completed. Experience of 1 year or more is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT and BLS certification required.
• Successful completion of 6‑month orientation.
• At least 1 year of experience preferred (or hire into role).

Responsabilités

• Perform Diagnostic Technologist I duties and provide diagnostic imaging.
• Safely administer contrast media and assess for allergies.
• Evaluate lab values prior to contrast administration.
• Explain procedures in age-appropriate language to patients and families.
• Document deviations and notify clinicians when immediate concerns arise.
