Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the United States is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray procedures, ensure patient safety, and support clinic operations. You will collaborate with providers, manage image production, and maintain accurate records while upholding ALARA safety standards.

Required are a high school diploma and graduation from an approved Radiologic Technologist program, BLS, ARRT registration, and state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ARRT registration, State licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform X-ray procedures for patients as directed.
• Position patients correctly and protect during imaging.
• Maintain and file medical records; QA/QC logs; device calibration.
• Collaborate with Providers and Medical Assistants to support patient care management.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
