Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray services for patients across age groups. You will position patients, operate imaging equipment, and maintain accurate records under clinician supervision.

The role requires ARRT registration, BLS at hire, and applicable state licensure. Training and on-the-job coaching are provided to support growth within the Radiology team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required; graduate of Radiologic Technologist program.
• BLS required at time of hire; ACLS/ARRT certified as applicable.
• ARRT registration required at time of hire.
• State licensure as Radiologic Technologist required where mandated by law.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services under clinician guidance.
• Position patients and ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain medical records and logs; complete documentation.
• Conduct quality control and routine equipment checks.
• Assist with patient preparation and care coordination.
• Adhere to radiation safety and ALARA principles.
