Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures and support patient care across our urgent care centers. You will apply ionizing radiation for imaging, ensure accurate positioning, and report results to medical providers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ARRT registration required; state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Perform x-ray services for patients as needed.
• Position patients and equipment for optimal imaging.
• Maintain radiation safety and ALARA principles.
• Maintain medical records and QA/QC logs for equipment.
