Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures, ensure patient safety, and support providers with imaging services across UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care centers.

You will work under clinical supervision, perform x-ray exams from newborn to elderly, maintain records, and participate in QA/QC activities. A high school diploma, ARRT certification, BLS, and state licensure are required at hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technologist program required.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• BLS required; ARRT certification and state licensure required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures and report results to providers.
• Position patients correctly and adhere to ALARA and safety protocols.
• Maintain medical records and logs for QA/QC.
• Assist with daily controls, calibration, and equipment maintenance.
• Explain procedures to patients and ensure comfort and safety.
