Job summary

UnityPoint Health in Madison, WI seeks a Radiologic Technologist for routine radiography and imaging procedures. The role supports the Medical Imaging Manager and works 32 hours per week with PM/Night shifts (two 12‑hour nights and two 8‑hour PMs).

The position offers compensation starting at $28.32+ per hour, commensurate with experience, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus along with generous total rewards. Eligible for our Student Stipend program and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of Radiologic Technology Program
• 0-2 years’ experience in a hospital or clinic
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Licensed by the State of Wisconsin

Responsibilities

• Perform medical imaging procedures for diagnosis or treatment in a clinical setting
• Apply patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiology to assess patients
• Develop optimal radiologic techniques or plans and evaluate resulting radiographic images

Job Description:

The Radiologic Technologists performs medical imaging procedures for diagnosis or treating medical problems in a clinical setting which consists of routine radiography. The Radiologic Technologists use their expertise and knowledge of patient handling, physics, anatomy, physiology, pathology and radiology to assess patients, develop optimal radiologic techniques or plans and evaluate resulting radiographic images. The Radiologic Technologist reports to the Medical Imaging Manager.
