UCLA Health and David Geffen School of Medicine seeks a Radiologic Technologist for our Urgent Care Center_Stickney Pt. Under radiologist supervision, you will perform radiographic procedures with professional judgment, ensuring accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.
The role requires ARRT registration, BLS/CPR, FL RT, and RTR certifications, with shifts that may include evenings or weekends as needed at multiple urgent care locations in the Sarasota area.
Urgent Care Center_Stickney Pt
Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Technologist will perform a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and / or intervention. Technologist will assume responsibility for all designated areas and procedures as required.
ARRT: Amer Reg Rad Technologist
BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RT: Florida Radiologic Tech
RTR: Registered Tech Radiology
Our urgent care centers are open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Additionally, shifts can vary from 8 hour shifts to 10 and 12 hour shifts. Flexibility to work at all 7 of our urgent care locations is also required, however schedule location preferences will be taken into consideration.
