Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform radiographic procedures under the direction of a Radiologist, with a level of independence and initiative.

You will be responsible for applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and/or intervention, and for designated areas and procedures across the Urgent Care Center_Stickney Pt.

Qualifications

• Perform radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
• Apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis and/or intervention.
• Assume responsibility for all designated areas and procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of a Radiologist, performs radiographic procedures and ensures accuracy and safety in imaging.
• Maintains equipment and quality control as part of daily operations in the Urgent Care Center_Stickney Pt.
