• Completion of an approved American College of Radiology Radiologic Technologist Program
• Must hold and maintain:
• AZ DHS Bureau of Special Licensing CRT - Certified Radiologic Technologist (CT CRT)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT ARRT)
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (CT CPRBLS)
