Note: Position involves roughly 50% travel As aNational Radiologic Technologist Training Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of training programs for radiology technicians across various locations nationwide. Your role will involve creating standardized training curricula, conducting educational sessions, and assessing the training needs of radiology techs at different sites. You will collaborate with regional training managers, coordinate training schedules, and ensure that all training materials meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, provide feedback to improve training initiatives, and stay updated on the latest advancements in radiology technology and procedures. Strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of radiology training principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams are essential for success in this role.
