Job summary

Zaddy Solutions is seeking a contract X-ray Technologist to perform general radiographic imaging across Rheumatology, Orthopedics, and Spine. You will set technical factors, position patients, and deliver high-quality images under Radiologist guidance.

Responsibilities include adapting protocols for all ages, ensuring safety and efficiency, and collaborating with clinicians. Requires ARRT RT(R), BLS/CPR, and 1+ year of experience in diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write and speak conversational English.
• 1+ years of x-ray technologist experience.
• BLS/CPR certification and RT(R) license required.
• Knowledge of health care industry concepts and practices.

Job description

Seeking contract X-ray Technologist for general x-rays for Rheumatology, Ortho and Spine.

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts

• ion exposure to patients, families, and co-workers.
• Positions patients and equipment and selects technical factors to produce radiographic images meeting Radiologist’s standards in a safe, timely manner.
• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills to perform scans on patients of all ages, adapting protocols as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately [Required]
• Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray producing equipment, if applicable per facility [Required]
• Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals [Required]
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry [Required]
• Able to fully use all Radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment [Required]
• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office [Required]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
• Associate [Preferred]
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Work Experience:

• 1+ years experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
• Registered Technologist - Radiography RT(R) (ARRT) [Required]
• IEMA [Required]

Pay Range:

55-65hr
