Job summary

Htprof is seeking a Radiology Technician to perform general x-rays for Rheumatology, Orthopedics, and Spine, ensuring high-quality images. You will position patients, select appropriate technical factors, and maintain Radiologist standards in a safe, timely manner.

The candidate must demonstrate the ability to scan patients of all ages, adapt protocols, and communicate effectively with staff and families. CPR/BLS and RT(R) certification are required, with IEMA compliance; 1+ year experience

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyze and assess data, techniques, methodology, equipment operation, and quality control to ensure that information is obtained and presented accurately
  • Up-to-date knowledge of patient positioning and equipment operations, including x-ray producing equipment, if applicable per facility
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with patients and their family, hospital staff, nurses, physicians, and other health care professionals
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in the health care industry
  • Able to fully use all Radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment
  • Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job description

Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts

  • Registered Technologist – Radiography RT(R) (ARRT) [Required]
  • IEMA [Required]
Pay Range:

55-65hr
