Job summary

HCA Healthcare in Brownsville, TX seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology procedures with quality and efficiency. The role supports physicians with accurate imaging and entry of patient data into the EHR, contributing to high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Radiology Technology degree, has two years of training, and an ARRT license compliant with Texas regulations, with prior x-ray/trauma experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a degree from an accredited Radiology Technology program.
  • Two years of training in Radiology Technology required.
  • Minimum of two years basic x-ray experience and/or trauma work.
  • Current ARRT license in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
  • Record patient information and maintain EHR.
  • Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
  • May assist with general patient care if needed.

Seeking a Radiologic Technologist for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:
  • You will perform timely and quality radiology procedures for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physician
  • You will properly record patient information and maintain EHR
  • You will perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic equipment
  • You may assist with general patient care if needed
What Qualifications you will need:
  • Must hold a degree from an accredited school for Radiology Technology
  • 2 years training in an accredited school for Radiology Technology is required
  • Minimum of 2 years basic x-ray experience and/or trauma work is required
  • Must have a current ARRT and license in accordance to state regulations
