TriStar Joint Replacement Institute in Clarksville is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for a full-time daytime schedule. The role involves performing radiology procedures, recording patient data in the EHR, and maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Requirements include an accredited Radiology Technology degree, 2 years of radiology training, minimum 2 years x-ray experience or trauma work, and a current ARRT license. Tennessee licensure is required for practice in a physician clinic.

• 2 years training in an accredited school for Radiology Technology is required.

• TENNESSEE ONLY: Must be additionally licensed by the state to perform radiologic services in a physician practice or clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by attending physician.
• Properly record patient information and maintain EHR.
• Maintain patient comfort and adhere to proper safety procedures.
• Maintain and improve diagnostic imaging knowledge and x-ray tech skills with support and assistance of outside educational resources.
• Perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic / x-ray equipment.
• May assist with general patient care if needed.

Full time (Monday - Friday, days), no nights, no on call, no weekends, no holidays

This position will be located in our Clarksville Office!

What you will do in this role:

You will perform timely radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by attending physician

You will properly record patient information and maintain EHR

Maintain patient comfort and adhere to proper safety procedures

Maintain and improving diagnostic imaging knowledge and x-ray tech skills with support and assistance of outside educational resources

You will perform quality control checks/audits on radiologic / x-ray equipment

You may assist with general patient care if needed
