Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.

Employment Details

Full Time, 1.0 FTE, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $28.38 - $39.74 per hour, based on experience. Relocation bonus may apply for qualified candidates.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for the position.
  • State licensure if required by law.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
Responsibilities
  • Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care to conduct various imaging and radiologic procedures.
  • Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Models proficiency through precepting new staff in imaging and/or UCHealth processes.
  • Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
  • Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
  • Reviews patient history, initiates radiographic images based on physician order, and prioritizes procedural patient education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation.
  • Safely administers contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition.
  • Responds to and reports changes in patient condition as appropriate.
  • Implements techniques to yield clarity in images, quality control, and equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology (ARRT).
