Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist II at MedStar Washington Hospital Center in the Maryland region. The role involves operating fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment and delivering high-quality imaging per physician specifications.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent certificate, ARRT certification, and Maryland or Virginia licensure. A limited-time $10,000 sign-on bonus applies and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or a certificate in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT certification and Maryland or Virginia licensure on hire.
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Experience with radiography and fluoroscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate digital fluoroscopic and portable radiology equipment per physician specs.
• Provide diagnostic imaging for patients of all ages with quality control.
• Support invasive procedures in the OR using C-Arm or O-Arm as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and manage supplies.
• Document in EHR and distribute images to PACS for interpretation.
