Qualifications

• ARRT(R) certification and state Radiologic Technologist license
• BLS for healthcare providers
• Radiologic Technologist II with acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
• Performs exams per department protocol and reviews images for quality, clarity, and accuracy.
• Adheres to radiation safety guidelines and maintains a safe working environment.
• Completes studies within acceptable time limits and assists students and staff.
• Provides patient education, ensures comfort, and addresses concerns.
• Follows infection control, quality control, and documentation procedures.
