Lilly in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Discovery ADME Project Leader focused on Radioligand Therapeutics (Radioconjugates) to provide deep ADME expertise, integrate biology, chemistry and modeling, and guide translational PK/PD and dose selection. Geography open to multiple sites; strong leadership and collaboration required.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional teamwork with medicinal chemistry, DMPK, toxicology and pharmacology to advance The Right Molecule to The Right Study at The Right Time.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant field (Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, etc.).
• 3+ years of post‑graduate industry experience in Radioligand Therapeutics (Radioconjugates).
• ADME expertise with working knowledge of medicinal chemistry and toxicology advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated preclinical ADME strategies aligned with discovery stage and regulatory expectations.
• Drive holistic ADME strategy by aligning PK, metabolism, and disposition with safety signals to de-risk programs.
• Enable translational simulations and modeling to support dose selection, PK/PD design, and efficacy/safety studies.
• Guide data‑driven compound design and optimization and ensure cross‑functional program team alignment.
• Represent ADME in portfolio governance discussions and lead continuous improvement in data reporting and decision frameworks.
