Oak Ridge National Laboratory in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks a Radioisotope Program Shipment Coordinator to manage DOE-IRP sponsored shipments across on-site and off-site movements. You will coordinate with the Transportation team, ensure SBMS compliance, maintain the integrated ISED schedule, and track KPIs to protect short-half-life deliveries.

• BS degree in a technical, engineering, science, logistics, or supply chain field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or MS with 4+ years.
• Experience building schedules, tracking and reporting performance metrics.
• Ability to apply formal procedures within regulatory/safety frameworks.
• Coordinate multiple organizations, elevate issues clearly and early.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the ISED single point of coordination for shipments, on-site and off-site.
• Coordinate shipment requests and ensure SBMS compliance and required docs.
• Maintain the integrated ISED shipment schedule and look-ahead (30 days).
• Provide early forecast shipment notifications to reserve resources.
• Protect shipping windows for short-half-life products and coordinate releases.
• Track readiness against prerequisites and documentation, carrier arrangements.
• Establish, track, and report shipment KPIs; publish weekly status and monthly KPI reports.
• Lead weekly shipment coordination meetings with Transportation and ISED divisions.
• Develop guidance for staff shipping infrequently; serve as first contact for questions.
• Identify process improvements in partnership with Transportation and TSC.
