Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging with radiologic equipment under the direction of a Radiologist. You will generate high-quality x-rays and maintain accurate patient records, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, troubleshooting, obtaining patient history, explaining procedures, and adhering to state and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• 0-3 years of experience as a Radiographer or relevant area.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines.
• Demonstrates knowledge of imaging equipment setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and care of equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures, and addresses patient questions.
• Maintains equipment and monitors safety, comfort, and physiological needs of patients.
• Coordinates daily imaging procedures and documents results.
