Job summary

The Community College of Baltimore County is seeking Radiography Adjunct Faculty at the Essex Campus to oversee student laboratory testing in radiography courses. You will prepare and deliver laboratory sessions, coordinate with the Program Director, and participate in department meetings.

Additionally, you will be available to students outside of class, complete required materials on time, and engage in professional development opportunities as needed.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and MD radiography license required.
• Minimum two years of experience in radiography.
• Prior college-level teaching experience preferred.

Job description

Radiography Adjunct Faculty – Essex Campus

Radiography adjunct faculty are needed to conduct student laboratory testing. The adjunct faculty will be expected to prepare and deliver lab testing, cooperate with College support staff by timely submission of materials as required and coordinate activities with the Program Director or Coordinator. Adjunct faculty are required to attend department meetings, participate in professional development and be available to students outside of class.

Qualifications

• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and State of Maryland licensure in Radiography.
• Minimum two years of experience working in the Radiography field.
• Prior college‑level teaching experience preferred.

Compensation & Hours

Adjunct Level 1 – $1,060 per credit hour. Adjunct faculty may teach up to 22 credit hours each year and typically teach no more than 11 credits each semester.
