Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) technicians to support long‑term industrial inspection projects in Heath, Toledo, Lima, and Columbus OH. Full‑time positions offer sign‑on bonuses and relocation packages where eligible.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating RT equipment, interpreting images, reporting results, and maintaining safety standards. Mentors will guide Level I technicians and trainees as needed.

Qualifications

• ASNT Level II RT Certification current or employer‑based equivalent meeting SNT‑TC‑1A requirements.
• State or Industrial Radiographer Card where applicable.
• Radiation Safety Training (40‑hour preferred).
• Experience with DR/CR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate inspection results.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all radiation safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Perform equipment checks, maintenance, and calibration.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and fellow technicians.
• Assist with additional NDT methods when qualified.
• Mentor and provide guidance to trainees and Level I technicians as needed.
