Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. is seeking experienced Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) Technicians to support long-term NDT inspection projects in Heath, OH and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes safety, precise RT inspections, reporting, and collaboration with project teams.

The ideal candidate holds ASNT Level II RT certification (or equivalent per SNT-TC-1A), plus a radiographer card where required, and familiarity with DR/CR systems. Sign-on bonuses and relocation packages are available.

Qualifications

• Current ASNT Level II RT Certification or equivalent meeting SNT-TC-1A requirements.
• Current State or Industrial Radiographer Card where applicable.
• Radiation Safety Training (40-hour) preferred.
• Experience with digital radiography (DR/CR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate inspection results.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Perform equipment checks, maintenance, and calibration.
• Work closely with customers, project managers, and fellow technicians.
• Assist with additional NDT methods when qualified.
• Mentor and provide guidance to trainees and Level I technicians as needed.

• Perform Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate inspection results.

• Ensure compliance with all radiation safety requirements and company safety policies.
