Job summary

MISTRAS Group, Inc. in Ohio is seeking experienced NDT Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) Technicians to support long-term industrial inspection projects across Heath, Toledo, Lima, and Columbus.

In this Full-Time role you will set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment, interpret images, and prepare inspection reports while ensuring strict adherence to radiation safety and company procedures. Relocation packages and sign-on bonuses are available to qualified candidates, with

Qualifications

• Current ASNT Level II RT Certification (or employer-based equivalent meeting SNT-TC-1A requirements).
• State or Industrial Radiographer Card where applicable.
• Radiation Safety Training (40-hour preferred).
• Experience with digital radiography (DR/CR) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level II Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections in accordance with company procedures, customer specifications, and applicable industry codes.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate radiographic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate inspection results.
• Prepare accurate inspection reports and maintain required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all radiation safety requirements and company safety policies.
• Perform equipment checks, maintenance, and calibration.
• Mentor and provide guidance to trainees and Level I technicians as needed.
