Job summary

MISTRAS Group in Trainer, PA is seeking a qualified NDT RT Technician for full-time work. The role involves performing radiographic inspections, setting up RT equipment, interpreting results, and maintaining accurate documentation in industrial environments.

The ideal candidate has prior radiographic testing experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or with teams across projects. State or IRRSP certifications are preferred; travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Current Level II RT certification preferred.
• Previous industrial radiography experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Radiographic Testing (RT) inspections per procedures and standards.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate RT equipment.
• Interpret radiographic images and evaluate indications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation.
• Follow all radiation safety and company safety procedures.
• Maintain inspection equipment and records.
• Collaborate with supervisors, customers, and project teams.
