Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology.
• Certificate or Associate Degree in Radiology Technology.
• Current ARRT registration and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs as prescribed by physicians.
• Maneuver portable radiographic equipment in patient care areas and surgery.
• Assist radiologists in fluoroscopic examinations.
• Perform radiographic procedures in surgery when required.
• Operate Digital Imaging System components and RIS/HIS interfaces.
• Maintain department standards of radiographic quality and safety.
• Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and post-procedure care.
