Job Summary Description / Primary Purpose Of Job
The RF Design Engineer will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of wireless designs in hearing aids and hearing aid accessories. Must possess technical knowledge, effective communication skills, creativity, and internal drive to design wireless hardware that are recognized as best-in-class in the hearing aid industry. Must have the ability to work both independently and in a group environment. The RF Design Engineer must be able to work well with a team and seek opportunities for continuous improvement. RF Design Engineer II signifies that at least 50% of the new competencies of the next higher career “track” have been achieved.
