Job Title: Electrical Engineer II – RF Design

Location: 100% Onsite

Work Schedule: Full-Time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineer II with a strong foundation in RF circuit design and communication theory to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in RF development and a proven track record of working on high-impact product designs. This role will support our sustaining engineering efforts, including the evaluation and testing of RF circuits and modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot RF kits and circuits with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Conduct complete validation and performance verification testing of MSI RF kits and redesigned sustaining products.
• Design, build, and debug circuits with a deep understanding of RF concepts.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize product functionality and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Document and summarize findings, testing procedures, and design modifications clearly and effectively.
• Manage multiple concurrent engineering projects and deliver results on time.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in RF development.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of RF circuit design and wireless communication theory.
• Proficient in the design and understanding of PLL, VCO, Receiver, and RF Power Amplifier systems.
• Skilled in using RF test equipment, including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, and Power Meters.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Soft Skills:

• Capable of working independently and in a collaborative engineering environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly summarizing complex technical topics.

Preferred Experience

• Mid-level to Senior-level candidates preferred.
• Experience in sustaining engineering and validation testing environments.
