Kelly Services is seeking an Electrical Assembler (Systems Integration) in Elgin, IL for 1st shift. You will assemble and test large systems, mounting parts on racks up to 9 ft tall and routing cables between them. The role mixes hands-on and seated tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk/ladder work, and attention to detail. Soldering experience is helpful; steel-toed shoes are required.

We’re looking for an SI Assembler to build and test large systems in a special part of our manufacturing facility. You’ll work with both a team and independently, handling a mix of hands-on and seated tasks.
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:15 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18/hr
Assemble and mount parts on large racks (using tools and ladders up to 9 ft)
Install and route cables between racks
Build and label cables, seated for this task (about 40 sets a day)
Lift up to 50 lbs by yourself (team lift for heavier items)
Follow detailed instructions and diagrams
Can lift up to 50 lbs (team help for heavier items)
Can work standing, walking, and on ladders
Good attention to detail and manual skills
Steel-toed shoes required
Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
Soldering experience is helpful
