Job summary

Kelly is seeking an Electronics Assembler for the first shift in Elgin, IL. You will assemble, test, and ship radio and electronic equipment, following detailed build instructions in a fast-paced, quality-focused setting. The role offers hourly pay of $18 to $19.50 and a 7:00 AM–3:15 PM shift.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of electronics experience, basic computer skills, and good dexterity. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for long periods is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ electronics or electrical assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and build documents.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.
• Good hand dexterity, attention to detail, and quality focus.
• Team player, reliable, quick learner, and proactive.
• Soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble or modify electronic equipment.

• Use light fabrication and torque tools.
• Perform soldering and fine assembly work.
