Job summary

Urology-Clinics-of-North-Texas is seeking a Radiation Therapist to deliver prescribed radiation treatments to patients under the supervision of the Radiation Oncologist and Physicist, ensuring safety and accuracy in ARIA charting and treatment setup.

The role requires ARRT certification, an associate or bachelor’s degree in Radiation Therapy, Texas licensure or CMRT, BLS and AED, plus experience with CT simulation and Varian TrueBeam systems.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Radiation Therapy program and ARRT certification.
• Texas licensure or CMRT in Texas is required.
• BLS and AED certification must be current at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prescribed radiation therapy with precision under supervision.
• Prepare treatment area and immobilization devices per physician instructions.
• Maintain accurate ARIA treatment charts and daily documentation.
• Perform daily QA on Linac and CT; coordinate service with engineers.
• Ensure adherence to ALARA and HIPAA policies; monitor patient safety.
