• Performs daily and weekly QA machine checks and documents results
• Administers Radiation Therapy treatments per prescription and treatment plan
• Maintains accurate treatment and billing records
• Provides staff orientation and education on treatments and safety
• Reviews and updates department policies; coordinates with leadership
• Monitors appointment schedules and patient satisfaction; adjust as needed
• Collaborates with Medical Physics and staff to develop QA/PI plans
