Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• ARRT-T certification and state licensure; BCLS required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; EMR proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily workflow and staffing for radiation therapists.
• Provide clinical and didactic instruction to staff and students.
• Review and revise departmental policies for current standards.
• Monitor treatment rooms, simulation, and CT areas for safety.
• Perform patient setup and deliver prescribed treatments accurately.
• Conduct QA checks and address equipment malfunctions.
• Serve as acting supervisor in the radiation therapy supervisor's absence.
• Maintain a clean, safe treatment environment and restock supplies.
