Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Radiation Therapy Associate to join the Radiation Oncology team on a PRN, day shift basis. This bridge role supports patients and staff while the associate gains ARRT and Maryland licensure.

As an Associate, you will escort patients, assist with transfers, clean equipment and perform general tasks to support patient care. The department emphasizes safety, equity and exceptional care as part of Johns Hopkins Health System.

  • Active enrollment in last year of an accredited Radiation Therapy program or program completion.
  • Valid CPR certification.

Our team of radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, therapists and nurses are all specially trained to treat specific cancers, and we work side-by-side with other Johns Hopkins experts, including surgical oncology, medical oncology, pathology, and interventional radiology to create individualized treatment plans for each patient, using targeted technology.

Our patient safety program - cited as one of the best in the nation - employs quality assurance protocols and innovative techniques to ensure the safety and well-being of all our patients.

Johns Hopkins Radiation Oncology Department Is Currently Searching For a Radiation Therapy Associate To Join Their Team. The Radiation Therapy Associate Is a Bridge Position Until The Associate Obtains Their ARRT And Maryland License To Work As a Radiation Therapist. As An Associate, You Will

Day Shift

Salary Range: Minimum 32.40/hour - Maximum 53.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
