Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Radiation Therapist (RTT) to deliver precise radiation treatments at the Fort Wayne facility. The role requires accurate treatment delivery, patient positioning, charting, and thorough documentation under the Radiation Therapy Lead.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RTT program, ARRT registration, CPR/BLS, and at least 1 year of RTT experience or eligibility for registry. Fluency in English is essential, Spanish is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• BS Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year active RTT experience required; registry exam within 6 months for recent grads.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiation therapy services as part of the radiation oncology team with emphasis on quality patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and family members and other team members.
• Respond to emergencies and provide patient care until physician or nurse arrival.
• Document treatment setups, doses, and calculations accurately.
