Job summary

American Oncology Network is seeking a Radiation Therapist (RTT) in Fort Wayne, IN to deliver precise radiation treatments per physician prescriptions. You will assist with patient transport, setup, and daily QA, ensuring safety and quality in care. Excellent communication with patients, families, and the treatment team is required.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RTT program, ARRT certification, and CPR/BLS. Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Radiation Therapy Technology.
• BS Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver radiation therapy per prescriptions and treatment plans.
• Ensure safety and accurate documentation of treatment records.
• Perform daily/weekly QA checks and report deviations.
• Assist with patient transport, simulation data collection, and treatment setup.
