Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health Oakland. This full-time, day-shift position supports oncologic care under a radiation oncologist with a certified therapist, ensuring safe and precise treatment delivery.

The role involves reviewing treatment records, coordinating with physicians and physics staff, preparing rooms, positioning patients, and monitoring during procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent.
• ARRT certification required or eligible.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in treatment record review for completeness.
• Collaborate with physicians, physics/dosimetry and staff.
• Prepare treatment room and explain procedures.
• Position patients and ensure accurate treatment delivery.
• Monitor patient condition during procedures.
• Assist in simulation and treatment planning.
• Acquire CBCT or portal imaging as prescribed.
• Schedule treatments in Aria system.
• Ensure equipment safety and report malfunctions.
• Participate in student education.
• Adhere to ALARA guidelines.
