Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Radiation Therapist for a Forbes top 100 hospital in Buckeye Lake, OH. The role is full-time, day shift, Monday–Friday, with no weekends, no on-call, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

You will administer photon/electron radiation, assist brachytherapy, and work under the Radiation Oncology Manager. Requirements include AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program completion, ARRT RTT registration, Ohio LRTT licensure, and at least 2 years of experience

Qualifications

Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program and ARRT RTT certification.
Licensed in Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist.
Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, and participate in QA activities.
Administer treatments per prescription and instructions, with accurate documentation.
Perform simulations in preparation of treatments and verify orders.
Assess patient needs and educate patients and families as needed.
Operate imaging, therapeutic and related equipment safely and competently.
Prioritize tasks to complete work timely and efficiently.
Contribute to cross-training to improve operational effectiveness.
