Radiation Therapist role at a Forbes Top 100 Hospital near Buckeye Lake, OH. This full-time, day-shift position offers a 40-hour workweek with no weekends, holidays, or call. A strong benefits package accompanies the opportunity for career growth in a supportive, rural-urban setting.

Expect to deliver photon/electron therapy, guide brachytherapy procedures, perform simulations, and ensure QA. Ohio licensure and RTT credential are required, with 2+ years of experience and expertise with TrueBeam,

Competenze

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Registered by ARRT in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
• Licensed in Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties, and participate in QA activities.
• Administer treatments per prescription and instructions from the oncologist.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Verify patient treatment and orders with proper documentation.
• Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Operate imaging, therapeutic and related equipment safely and efficiently.

Registered by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (RTT)
