Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Licensed in Ohio as LRTT.
• At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/Aria experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer photon and electron radiation under the radiation oncologist's direction.
• Assist in brachytherapy procedures and perform simulations.
• Construct shielding blocks and document duties in accordance with department policies.
• Perform simulations in preparation of radiation therapy treatments.
• Verify patient treatments and orders with proper documentation.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and patient assessments.
• Educate patients and families and cross-train when needed.
