Job summary

Sun Recruiting, Inc. is hiring a Radiation Therapist for a Forbes top 100 hospital in Buckeye Lake, OH. You will administer photon/electron therapy under the oncologist and support brachytherapy procedures.

This full-time, day-shift role offers a 40-hour week, a 74k–99k salary range, and full benefits. Ideal candidates hold an AMA-accredited program, ARRT RTT, an Ohio LRTT license, and at least two years of experience, with TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• AMA-accredited Radiation Therapy Program completed.
• Registered ARRT in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
• Ohio state license in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• Minimum 2 years Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer photon and electron radiation under the radiation oncologist's direction.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties, participate in QA activities.
• Administer radiation therapy treatments per prescription and oncologist instructions.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Verify patient treatments and orders with proper documentation.
• Assist in assessing patient needs and provide information to patients and families.
