Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Radiation Therapist in Buckeye Lake, OH. The role requires an AMA-accredited Radiation Therapy program, Ohio LRTT license, and at least two years of experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, or ARIA. The position is full‑time, with a day shift and full benefits.

You will perform simulations, treatment administration, QA, and patient education while collaborating with the Radiation Oncology team in a rural setting close to urban amenities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
• Licensed in the State of Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• At least 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience; TrueBeam, Trilogy and Aria strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist guidance.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, document duties, participate in QA activities.
• Administer treatments per prescription and oncologist instructions.
• Perform simulations in preparation of treatments.
• Verify patient treatment and orders with proper documentation.
• Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Operate imaging, therapeutic and related equipment safely and competently.
• Prioritize tasks to complete assignments timely.
• Cross-train to enhance operational effectiveness.
