The role requires an AMA-accredited program, RTT registration, and Ohio LRTT license, with 2+ years of experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA experience preferred. 40 hours, day shift, benefits included.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program and RTT registration.
• Licensed in Ohio in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
• Minimum 2 years experience; TrueBeam/Trilogy/ARIA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer photon and electron radiation and assist in brachytherapy under the radiation oncologist.
• Perform simulations, construct shielding blocks, and participate in QA activities.
• Administer treatments per prescription and instructions from the oncologist.
• Perform simulations in preparation of radiation therapy treatments.
• Document treatments and verify orders and patient documentation.
• Assess patient needs and provide education to patients and families.
• Operate imaging, therapeutic and related equipment safely and competently.
• Prioritize tasks to complete assignments timely and efficiently.
• Cross-train in other areas to enhance operational effectiveness.
