Job summary

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare IT with hands-on experience in MOSAIQ/ARIA/Eclipse, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise healthcare applications
- Experience with Radiation Oncology applications MOSAIQ, ARIA, and/or Eclipse
- Experience configuring and maintaining healthcare app environments
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and optimization of Radiation Oncology apps MOSAIQ, ARIA, and Eclipse
- Manage application lifecycle: implementation, upgrades, configuration, maintenance
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and tech teams to translate requirements
- Ensure availability, security, and compliance in a regulated healthcare setting
- Oversee production support, incident management, and service improvements
- Provide leadership for delivery teams, vendors, and partners
- Drive continuous improvement with metrics, governance, best practices
- Communicate platform performance and risks to senior leadership
