Innovien Solutions is hiring a Senior Analyst to own specialized radiation oncology systems, from servers to image transfers, on a hands-on basis from day one. The role requires coordinating with clinicians, vendors, and IT across the regional network.

The position includes leading software upgrades, migrating vendor systems to Microsoft Azure, and ensuring reliable DICOM/data communications between treatment, imaging, and planning systems. Hybrid work in Philadelphia.

Formación

• 5+ years implementing, optimizing, and supporting radiation oncology systems.
• 5+ years of system admin work on ARIA or MOSAIQ: user management, upgrades, patching, and vendor escalations (ARIA preferred).
• Strong Windows Server administration in a clinical setting, including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting servers and clinical workstations.
• Working knowledge of networking and DICOM, including configuring connections and troubleshooting failed image transfers.
• Strong project management and communication across clinical staff, IT, and vendors.

Innovien is supporting the clinical technology behind cancer care at a large regional health system. We’re hiring a Senior Analyst to own the specialized systems that keep radiation oncology running, from the servers to the image transfers to the vendor escalations. This is a net new seat on a small, highly technical team, and it’s hands on from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support radiation oncology applications (ARIA, MOSAIQ, MIM, Brainlab, RadCalc) and their Windows servers across all environments

What You Bring

Nice to Have

• Experience with Brainlab, MIM, or RadCalc
• HL7 interface knowledge and Epic familiarity (no certification required)
• Microsoft Azure or other cloud experience
• Background in system migrations, modernization, or implementations
• Interest or experience with AI driven tools

Details

• Hybrid: onsite 2 days per week in the Philadelphia region, with travel to hospitals within roughly 2 hours for vendor visits and critical issues
