RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Clinical Coordinator RN in the Radiation Oncology department at RWJ University Hospital New Brunswick. This salaried, day-shift role focuses on care coordination, patient education, and collaboration with physicians to improve outcomes.

Requirements include active New Jersey RN license, BLS, BSN (MSN preferred), 5 years oncology RN experience, OCN/ONS, ACLS within 6 months; salary range is $107,900–$140,400 per year with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; MSN preferred.
• Minimum 5 years RN oncology experience.
• OCN/ONS certification and ACLS within 6 months of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and coordinate care across settings.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to plan treatment and transitions.
• Provide patient and family education to support informed decisions.
