Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Radiation Oncology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive radiation oncology care, including evaluation, treatment planning, simulation, delivery, and post-treatment follow-up
• Utilize an evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach in collaboration with a full cancer care team
• Partner with specialists across palliative care, psychology, social work, rehabilitation services (PT/OT/Speech), nutrition, nursing, medical physics, and dosimetry
• Support program development and growth initiatives while maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians
• Participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance clinical outcomes and standardize care delivery
• Maintain a professional presence that is collaborative, responsive, and patient-centered
• Adhere to all compliance standards, including corporate policies, code of conduct, and conflict of interest guidelines
