Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Seven+ years in Radiation Oncology with clinical and technical expertise.
• Two+ years in quality and safety; CP HQ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality committees and safety events.
• Analyze quality metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Maintain accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Develop staff education on quality, safety, and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement QA/QI programs.
